Closings Sales in Paradise Valley were double the number of new listings, with 12 closings totaling $18.9 million.
Average sale was $1.7 million and the average price per square foot of $314. The weighted average year of construction was 1983.
Yet another $3+ million home closed, continuing 2014's streak of record-breaking closings at this price level in nearly a decade. There was also another just under the mark at $2.925 million.
New Listings Just 6 new listings range from $699k (already under contract) to $8 million (questionable pricing). Of the 6, frankly none is a "must see."
