Closings A very strong week, Paradise Valley had $20 million in home sales volume. The average price was $1.6 million, and the highest sale was just over $3.6 million.
The average price per square foot was $303, a low number reflecting the older mix of homes -- weighted average year of construction was 1986. Listings
There were only 6 new home listings this week. Prices range from $708k to $2.3 million.
There are two especially noteworthy homes:
