Greetings and salutations! Apologies for the hiatus the last few weeks, but I've been traveling non-stop. First vacation, then conferences, and always up in the air at the time I normally write this newsletter. Lots to report on with 30 new listings on the MLS.

Closings Sales in Paradise Valley were almost $32 million since the last issue of the newsletter (Jul 25).
Average sale was over $1.3 million and the average price per square foot of $293. The weighted average year of construction was 1985.
New Listings
30 new listings over the period, ranging from $460k to $3.3 million. Several of the listings represent a change of agent, and thus you may have seen recently. A few are also under contract.
A couple of standouts that are worth seeing sooner than later:
