Closings Just 3 closings again last week, $4.2 million in total sales, so nothing statistically significant to report. Listings
We have 24 new listings in Paradise Valley, ranging from $780k to $10.9 million.
To be frank, some of these homes are priced quite unrealistically. The market is strong, but there are limits. I expect a number of these will linger on market quite some time, while their sellers come back to reality.
