| Closings Another strong week of closings with $16.6 million total. The average sale price was under $1.7 million and $328 per square foot.
The lower price per square foot reflects an older mix of home, with a weighted average year of construction of 1986. Listings
There are 21 new home listings ranging from just under $600k to $6 million this week.
