Closings
There were $11.2 million in closings last week. Prices ranged from $762k to just under $3.9 million, with an average of $1.6 million.

One especially noteworthy sale was a home listed at $4 million that closed quite close to the asking price -- and it had previously sold at $2.5 million in 2009. That's a very healthy $1.4 million profit in under 4 years for those sellers.

The average price per square foot was $324 with a weighted average year of construction of 1983. 

New Listings
19 new listings this week ranging from $578k to $10 million. Below I have highlighted the homes that are especially noteworthy:
