The summer heat is still in full effect, but life is back to normal in Paradise Valley as evidenced by the increasing traffic. The kids are in school, and so the locals are home. It feels like summer is over in every way, except for the sweltering heat.
Soon, the seasonal visitors will return, and when they do they are likely to go shopping for homes. If you've been sitting on the fence, it's a fortuitous time to take action while there is less competition.

Closings Over the past 2 weeks in Paradise Valley, there were $24.3 million in single family home sales. The average home sold for $1.6 million and $356 per square foot. The average year of construction was 1988. In sum, very respectable numbers for a time of year that's traditionally slow. Listings
