As we approach the New Year, you'll note there are several "recycled" properties in the listings. That is, homes that didn't sell in their previous listings, or in some cases after numerous listings. So there are 18 new listings this week, though some may cause a sense of déjà vu.
A few standouts that I would recommend seeing sooner than later:

Two Mid Century Modern Modern Fixer Uppers If you're a fan of this style, and want something you can put your signature on, these are worth a look. Both priced around $1 million with lots of potential.
