Paradise Valley Weekly 252nd Edition - February 7, 2015
Factory construction of luxury homes sounds like a contradiction in terms, but its day has arrived. Some of the homes are quite beautiful, and the construction methods very innovative. Perhaps we will be seeing this in Paradise Valley soon? See the Wall Street Journal's coverage of this interesting trend here.

| Closings Last week was slow, with less than $5 million in closings. The average price was just under $1.2 million as people continue to be drawn to the value of fixers and teardowns. The average price per square foot was $332. New Listings 17 new listings ranging from just under $800k to $3.7 million. Two of the new listings are already under contract, a sign of the fast pace in this high season. There are a couple of standouts for value and/or quality, and thus worth visiting sooner than later:
Spectacular Views in Guard Gated Community This 4,900 square foot home in Clearwater Hills was very tastefully remodeled. It boasts exquisite views, and is a lot of home for the money at just under $2 million.
Bargain Contemporary Remodeled soft contemporary on a quiet, central location. This 5 bedroom home offers great value at just $1.3 million. Just an all around quality home at a price point we normally see homes requiring substantial work.
