Closings
Single family home closings in Paradise Valley last week increased to $17.8 million from $16.8 million the prior week. 

Average sales price was quite impressive at over $2.5 million and $466 per square foot. Two of the homes sold were over $4 million.

This week's 17 new listings range from $875k to $5.5 million. There are some worth making an effort to see sooner than later:
