Closings Sales bounced back just a bit from the Labor Day lull, to $7 million. The average price was $1.4 million and $363 per square foot.
The price per square foot is strong, considering the very old mix of properties. It was an average year of construction of 1983, i.e. properties were on average 32 years old. Listings We have 17 new listings in Paradise Valley, ranging from $650k to $4.7 million. One of the new listings is already under contract.
It was tougher than usual to single out noteworthy properties, given the better than average quality. However 3 stand out as having the broadest appeal, and therefore worth seeing sooner than later:
