Closings Sales were in line with the prior week at $11.2 million. Average price was $1.6 million and $296 per square foot, for homes with an average age of 20 years. Listings
This week brings 15 new listings ranging from $580k to $7.9 million. One new listing is already pending.
There are two MLS listings that stand out this week:
Sleek Contemporary Home At just under 4,000 square feet this would be an ideal home for seasonal residents who don't want too large a property, and who also want to accommodate guests. From the zen garden to the tennis court, this 5 bedroom home was very well done. Offered at $2.1 million.
