Closings
It was a fluke of a slow week, with only 2 small deals (teardowns) closing. This makes sense given that a month ago was the end of the year, and people probably weren't signing deals between Christmas and New Years.

New Listings
15 new listings this week ranging from $650k to $4.35 million. The homes that are especially noteworthy:
