Closings A healthy week of closings dominated by higher end properties. Another two closings over $3 million, buttressing the record breaking sales of properties in this category in 2014.
Closed sales jumped to over $12.8 million from $8.5 million the prior week. The average sale was just under $2.6 million and $399 per square foot. The weighted average year of construction was 1993. New Listings There were 15 new listings this week, ranging from $750k to $3.5 million. My picks for best quality and/or value this week:
