Closings Just 2 closings last week, homes ripe for remodel selling at an average of just $280 per square foot.
The tiny number of closings is the "calm before the storm" as there are a lot of buyers out actively looking now. Quite a few homes in Paradise Valley have gone under contract recently, and March is usually a big month for seasonal visitors to make their decision about which home they'll buy. Listings There are 13 new house listings ranging from just under $949k to $5 million this week.
Fortunately, we have a better selection than last week, with a couple that are worth making an effort to see sooner than later:
Teardown/Remodel Opportunity Hillside home with views, ripe for a remodel into a contemporary gem. Lot is large enough that you can tear it down and start over on a bigger home. There's value here at the asking price just under $1.1 million. Likely to sell quickly, so please call me at (480) 442-7325 if you'd like to tour the home.
Home on 1.7 Acres with Tennis Court Centrally located near Lincoln & Mockingbird, this 5 bedroom home offers an oversize flat lot with great privacy. Home has good finishes, and could be lived in immediately; it would also be easy to add your own style with some cosmetic changes. Offered at just under $2.5 million.

That's all for this week, I'll be back next week with all the latest in Paradise Valley real estate.
