Closings Single family home sales in Paradise Valley bounced back from the highly unusual week prior (of just one closing) to over $14.2 million. The average price was over $1.4 million and $311 per square foot. The weighted average age of construction was 30 years old. Listings This week brings 13 new listings.
Frankly there's nothing new on the MLS in PV this week that's a "must see", but we do have this one from last week that's fantastic -- and there are new unlisted (off MLS) properties.
Top of Camelback Mountain Opportunities like this come along once in a blue moon, if that. This home is literally at the top of Camelback - nobody can build above, and nobody can obstruct the view from below. Walk right onto the mountain and hike, or just sit back and enjoy the views.
