Closings Another stellar week, even better than the last, with sales of nearly $26 million. Average price was over $2.1 million and $392 per square foot -- for homes with an average age of 31 years! These are very strong numbers indeed. Listings This week brings just 11 new listings, but a higher than usual number of standouts:
