Closings
Sales were up from last week, but still relatively modest at $7.2 million. The average price was just over $1.4 million and the average price per square foot was $281. The lower price per square foot is due to the mix of properties -- 4 of the 5 sales were teardown/remodels.

New Listings
This week's 10 new listings range from $1.3 million to $7.5 million. Just one that I consider a "must see" this week -- apart from the private sale home mentioned above, which will be available for showings next week.
