I am writing this week's edition from Stockholm,
where it is sunny and 65 degrees.  Even on my
vacation I can't help myself from keeping up on
Paradise Valley real estate, so here's a summary
of the latest activity.

12 new listings ranging from $400k to over $4.6
million.  Once again, the asking prices per square
foot are getting richer as sellers feel more confident.
Some sellers are frankly getting way ahead of
themselves.  However we do have two worth a look:

Remodeled George Christiansen at Bargain Price
Over 5,600 square feet designed by George Christiansen
and recently remodeled for just over $200 per square
foot.  At this price, leaves a lot of room for further 
improvements.  This will go quickly, so if you want to
see it I will make arrangements with an associate
to get you a tour without delay while I'm out of town.

Near Scottdale & McDonald, this home built in 2001
offers 5 bedrooms plus an office on a lot large enough
to easily add a tennis court or sport court.  Could use
cosmetic updating, but still reasonably priced at 
$1,675,000.
