Closings Last Week
Sales were $6.3 million this past week, down
from the prior week's extraordinary $16.2 million.
The average price per square foot was down to
$278 from $300 the week before, reflecting the
older mix of homes -- average year of
construction of homes sold last week was 1980.
New Listings This Week
We have a very solid selection this week with
several noteworthy bargains. Ironically,
the bank foreclosure is not among my top
picks -- it looks good by the numbers but
the home backs to Scottsdale Road in a
very high traffic area, and I believe it will
always lag the market as a result.

Spectacular views from this contemporary home
located south of Lincoln. Owners put over
$3 million into this home and are asking under
$1.4 million. This is a much better bargain
than this week's bank foreclosure. Please call

$1.9 million is worth some attention. There are
some finishes that look quite dated, but others
such as the flooring that could remain and look

Tatum and Mountain View. Lot is just under an
