For those of us living in Arizona, it couldn't
have been a more glorious day.  I've been
absolutely delighted to tour homes lately,
just drop the top on the convertible and
enjoy life on a sunny Arizona day.

Closings Last Week
As would be expected for a holiday week,
it was slow with just $3.1 million in sales.
There were 4 homes sold at an average
price of $779k. They were smaller and
older homes hence the low average sale
price of $205 per square foot.
