Hi Friend,
Steve Jobs built Apple on one simpleprinciple: insanely great products. Apple's mission above all else, including profits, was to deliver the very best experience for customers. Steve Jobs and the Apple team knew that the profits would take care of themselves if they stuck to this principle.
Simple as this principle is, it is quite challenging to get an entire organization to adhere to it. That's the reason why Apple remains so far ahead of competitors. It's also the reason why Pixar, which Steve Jobs also ran, is an indomitable market leader.
I've spent a lot of time contemplating how to bring this principle to my work in Paradise Valley real estate, and I'm ready deliver "insanely great" information and service. I want you to tell people that not only is this some of the best information and the highest level of service in real estate, but in any industry. With your continued feedback I am confident that this goal will be achieved.
I start this week by rolling out new services which have been in development for quite some time. There are many more in the works. And rest assured that the more feedback I receive from you and your fellow readers -- whom literally span the globe -- the more new services I'll be rolling out based on that feedback.
One of the things that I have been most wanting to have myself, and to produce for clients, is a one page summary that provides great insight into the market. To clearly see what's happening without having to reference lots of different things would be really helpful. But it requires pulling information from a lot of sources, and thoughtfully designing the layout.
To that end, I hired a programmer to map the activity in the market, and not only is it on the Monthly Hot Sheet which is attached, an interactive version of the map is on the condensed the most important data and a brief commentary all onto one page. So, you can literally see what's happening in Paradise Valley real estate, quickly and easily.
updates between newsletters. This is just for starters, expect to see many new services and valuable content rolled out in the coming months.
In closing, I'd like to thank you for reading this newsletter. I have met some wonderful people as a result of writing this, and I'm very grateful for that. I tremendously value your feedback, suggestions, and comments so please don't hesitate to reply to this email and let me know what's on your mind -- or call me on my direct line at (480) 442-7325.
