The August heat slowed us a bit, with only
1 closing last week - at over $2.5 million.  So,
for the first time in quite a while we have an
expansion of inventory with 6 new listings.

Sellers are feeling emboldened by this rising
market with shrinking inventory, and only 2
of the 6 new listings are at asking prices under
$300 per square foot -- one of those is a
fixer upper in need of serious attention.

To that end, there is only 1 new listing that
stands out to my critical eye:

Contemporary lines and lots of glass make the
most of the superb views.  A home for
outdoor entertaining with a large pool.  This
home has had some updating, and would
benefit from a few additional cosmetic touches.
Bargain priced at under $1.3 million for over
