A slow week in Paradise Valley, as expected
in July, with 3 closings and 4 new listings.

However, there's a first this week.  In the countless
email newsletters I've sent out, I've never had
a week where ALL the homes were noteworthy
picks.  We've got 4 out of 4 this week, some
very good quality hitting the market:

Resort, and offers a lifestyle and lot size that can't be
matched by the homes at Montelucia.  It's 4 bedrooms
remodeled in 2011 with a pool for under $900k. 

Arcadia Style Family Home in Gated Community
Nestled in guard gated Clearwater Hills, this is an
exceptional family home on over 5,200 square feet.
Warm, tasteful finishes throughout and high quality
appliances.  This home was made for big family BBQ's
and entertaining, and is offered at just under $1.8 million.
