There's certainly a lot of activity as
temperatures decline and snowbirds prepare
to return, please read on to see what closed
and what's new in Paradise Valley real estate.

Closings Last Week
5 homes closed last week for a total of $5.5
million in sales, down from the prior week's
total over $12 million.  Prices were down as
well at an average $248 per square foot, due
to the fact that most of the homes were older
and in need of renovations.

New Listings This Week
10 new listings this week, including two
priced over $10 million.  

Superb Value for Large Estate Home
One doesn't often see homes almost 10,000
square feet, fairly recent construction, for under
$3 million.  This home was built in 2007, has
spectacular views, a guest house, negative
edge pool, and a large lot at just under 63,000
square feet.  There is value here, worth a look
before a savvy buyer snatches it up.

every room.  It's tough to call this one a value,

this home, so please allow extra time to make
