| MOTIVATED SELLER OF TROPHY VIEW PROPERTY
The owner of a hillside contemporary home in an exceptional location is relocating, and wants this "off the books" immediately.
He is willing to sell it at a substantial discount, quickly and quietly. If that doesn't happen he will likely just rent it out to one of the many tenants eager for a trophy property. Either way, this opportunity will be gone in a flash.
The home offers world class views, was very tastefully remodeled in a contemporary style, and is large enough to comfortably accommodate plenty of guests. The only downside is that there are stairs (as is common with high hillside homes) but an elevator can be installed if you wish.
As this is not on market, and the seller would like to sell quietly, this is all the detail I can provide to my large audience of readers. Please call me at (480) 442-7325 to learn more, or reply to this email with the best number and time to reach you. |
| | The car auctions are in full swing in Scottsdale and Phoenix, bringing thousands of car collectors and tourists to town. From now through April, the major events and seasonal visitors will be stretching our city's accommodations to their maximum, and driving up rates.
If you've been contemplating a trip to Arizona, I strongly recommend that you follow this strategy to avoid disappointment: book multiple dates at hotels well in advance, and when you finalize flights just cancel the ones you don't use. That way, you have options.
But if you wait until you're certain when you can make it out here, you may find limited availability or astronomical prices. Arizona is one of the best places to be on Earth over these next few months, and the secret is out.
Bottom line: book refundable hotel stays, and keep your options open. It could save you a lot of money, and get you better quality accommodations. |
