Hi Friend,
Please be advised that there has been significant changes made to the Operating Agreement used by your LLC.
If your LLC was formed prior to July 1, 2013 you need to update to the most current version which adds provisions for:
• UBIT (Unrelated Business Income Tax)
• Additional Contributions
The cost for the update is:
- Single Member LLC - $199
- Two Member LLC - $249 plus $30 for each member over 2
You will need to provide your custodian with the updated operating agreement.
