ScanMyPhotos Is Open For Online Photo Ordering and Fulfillment.

We had a longtime business interruption and continuity preparedness plan for earthquakes and wildfires. We never expected it would be necessary to implement, yet that is where we are. 

Protecting your pictures is our priority. We have safely relocated our technology, digitization services, and communications off-site with built-in added security measures.

We pledge to continue providing services, but there may be delays for some services. Order fill the box photo scanning today and it is mailed out within 24-hours.

We extended the time to return orders from six to nine months. Our entire online ordering services are operational. 

ALL NEW ORDERS MUST BE SENT TO US ONLY VIA THE USPS. Mailing orders via UPS or FedEx may be delayed.
How We Are Helping USPS Employees

We switched from mailing back many of the completed photo scanning orders. We do not want to put an added burden on our national heroes, the USPS couriers, and U.S. Postal Service employees.

Many completed orders are being stored here, at ScanMyPhotos until after the national emergency. Let us know if it is a priority to return the actual photos now. We switched to expedited uploading for most orders to have your digitized photographs returned online after being digitized. Yet, delays may occur. Choose “Express Scanning” when ordering to receive your digitized files sent directly to your email once your pictures are scanned.
