Subject: Let's talk photography. The urgency to digitize pictures.

Will you join in our passion to preserve family history and share this?

Most people procrastinate--don't get digital copies of photographs until it is too late.

Friend

Too many people delay digitalizing their photos for a variety of reasons.

As a photo archivist, I have grown weary of people who put off the vital task of digitizing their photos.

Last week, I used my in-studio interview on the nationally syndicated tech podcast, “Rich On Tech,” to drive home the importance of digitally archiving photographs. Despite this effort, ScanMyPhotos continues to receive tales of precious analog photos lost due to procrastination.

To help inspire many, ScanMyPhotos keeps innovating and providing more helpful services:

1) Express ScanFast same-day scanning, for example, allows for the immediate uploading of images as they are digitized;

2) Pay one price to digitize the entire 35mm slide carousels (at 4,000 dpi resolution);

3) Individually digitizing each frame of 8mm and 16mm home movie film to capture high-quality screenshots.

We are passionate and work hard to make photo decluttering as simple, fast, and inexpensive as possible. Everyone should enjoy their scanned photos, slides, film, and home movies. They should share the meaningful stories and emotions that each image holds.

To that end, please discuss the importance of preserving invaluable history.

Together, we can help persuade many to digitize their photos and ensure they can be enjoyed for years.

I'm appreciative if you encourage people you know to make ScanMyPhoto an invaluable, trusted resource to help.

Grateful,

Mitch
