Saporalia was created by Mariano Mercadante with the vision that italian gourmet food can be accessible to local economies only thanks to importers and distributors. So, Saporalia addresses their issues by consolidating different products at the pallet level, eliminating the need for importers and distributors to deal with multiple laboratories and manage logistics and delivery for each one. In short, we make it easy for importers and distributors to access high-quality, artisanal italian food.
