truffle will be brushed as much as possible (with as little as possible traces
of earth) as
you probably know brushed will last longer than washed; as we
learned, this will also help a lot those of you who have Custom clearing
process before getting the fresh truffle, in fact as per our experience usually
Customs would complain if they find earth on it --> Again,
for long lasting purpose, truffle will be enveloped in absorbent paper and put
in polystyrene box with dry ice (ecological dry ice, so no problem for flight and
again no problem in case of Custom clearance procedure)
