It is almost Christmas and it is the time of the year when every Italian family has plenty of Panettone and Pandoro to enjoy together next to the Christmas tree.
Panettone and Pandoro are two Italian fluffy cakes that we only eat during winter holidays. Panettone has some raisins and fruits in the dough while Pandoro is softer and good to eat with only some sugar powder.
It is also the time of the year when Italians split into two teams: Panettone or Pandoro? They are both delicious, trust me, but people always prefer one over another.
