Risotto with Truffle Sauce and Ricotta

What you need for 4 people:
-300 gr of rice
-50 gr of butter
-6 teaspoons of Truffle Saporalia
-100 gr of Ricotta Saporalia
-500 ml of vegetable broth

How to make it:
Cook the rice in a saucepan with the vegetable broth. Cook it slowly adding some more broth. When cooking is almost done, add the truffle juice to the rice and mix. Now add the ricotta and stir. Serve adding a few flakes of truffle and ricotta. Enjoy!



Pennette with White Truffle Sauce

What you need for 4 people:
350 g of durum wheat penne
1 jar of Sauce with White Truffle
125 g of cooking cream 
Parmesan to taste  

How to make it:
In a pan, mix the cream and the sauce with white truffles while cooking the pasta. Once cooked, add the pasta to the sauce and let it cook for 2/3 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese to complete the dish. Enjoy!


Fusilli with Artichokes and Truffle Sauce

What you need for 2 people: 
250 g of Fusilli
1 jar of Artichokes and Truffle-based specialties 
Parmesan to taste 

How to make it:
Cook the Fusilli in boiling water and in another pan, heat the artichoke and truffle-based sauce. Once cooked, toss the Fusilli in the sauce and let it cook for another minute. Add the Parmesan cheese to complete the dish. Enjoy!
