Hello and sorry about the confusing webinar notifications (apparently there must be a dead-line for canceling these, another detail for me to find out about!). I know more than some of you have been having a extra, super busy week and few have had a chance to view last week's session, at least in full: "From Escalation to Education".
Rather than blasting on ahead with another new session tomorrow, I think it's best we do a 'catchup' week.
