Dear Patient - Changes are taking place with Dr. Munoz' medical practice. As a patient it is very important that you understand these changes to ensure continuity of care. First of all, Dr. Munoz is passionate about her patients and seeing their success in health. In order to better serve you, the dynamic of Regenerative Sports Medicine has changed to better serve you.
All visits will now be conducted through telemedicine or in-home visits (house calls). This is to ease convenience and efficiency for the patient's benefit. For primary care, all follow ups will be conducted through telemedicine. Patients will be sent to either Senora Quest or LabCorp for their blood draw. Your lab requisit will be sent to you 3 weeks before your follow up to ensure the results are received timely. All patients will receive individual guidance to help ensure a smooth process.
All treatments and procedures will be conducted through in-home visits. This includes all cosmetic procedures, regenerative treatments, IV therapy, and more.
