All patients must read as our policy has changed:
We value your business and are working to make communications from our office more efficient. As a result, patients will now be receiving text and email reminders 7 days AND 2 days before appointments. Patients are responsible for getting their labs drawn timely (2 weeks before scheduled lab review). If you need to reschedule, you MUST let our office no later than 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment. Any patient who fails to reschedule timely or fails to communicate with our office of a delay in getting bloodwork done will be responsible for full payment of their scheduled visit. We are becoming more busy and want to ensure that our patients get seen in a timely manner. We are working to avoid patient no-shows so that you get a preferential appointment time!
