Merry Christmas to all of you!
A short update on proceedings over the coming week or so ( incidentally no newsletter next week, it’s Boxing Day and we’ll be having a rest after the lunchtime dining session!)

MARCHINGTON MUSIC CLUB
Next week we are having a break, it’s Christmas day after all, we return New Year’s Day when KEV ANDREWS makes a welcome return to entertain at the usual time 5.30pm

You asked for it, you got it! Come on down make this a great community quiz with all proceeds going to the local Alms houses restoration fund.
Thursday 29th December 8pm
Teams of 4 maximum £1 per person

We are hoping to make this a busy year for events, here are some details of the first few months, plenty going on...
- Sun 22nd Jan: Birthday bash- hillbilly juke box
- Fri 27th Jan: uttoxeter brewing co night
- Sat 11th Feb: blondied- village hall
- Thurs Feb 23rd: cheese & wine night 35 places
- Fri 3-5 March: melee 9
- Fri 24th March GIN 2
- Sat 8th April: take this-village Hall

OPENING TIMES OVER CHRISTMAS
Usual times apply apart from...
CHRISTMAS DAY 12 noon until everyone is fed (generally around 6pm) This is a booked event but due to illness a table of four has just come available so if there are still anyone unsure as to their plans, we currently have room for you! Call 01283-820394
BOXING DAY Sunday style service 12 noon-4pm (open to diners and drinkers one and all
NEW YEARS EVE Lunch time as usual, evening SOLD OUT event
NEW YEARS DAY Normal Sunday service 12-4pm , Music club as usual
