I'm a list maker.  I have a perpetual To-Do list, and a specific To-Do list for what I want to accomplish today.

Yes, I do prioritize, but unfortunately some painful items do bump up because of time sensitivity, like watching the embarrassingly pitiful Eagles game at 1pm.  I won't waste DVR space to "time shift" it so I will be booing along with the boo-track in the empty stadium and complaining to my TV in real time. 

That means that I must get my OTHER tasks done before I get in a bad mood from the game.

Review and Follow-Up

Every day, I review results, financials, new Autoresponder subscribers and sign-ups from the previous days, and send follow-up emails and welcome messages.  I have a follow-up phone call to a potential consulting client - I know, it's Sunday, but it is when we could agree on availability.

Broadcasts, Approvals and Follow-Ups 

Yes, I do this EVERY DAY. Approve ads on my nine safelists, and "coach" newbies who are just not "getting it". Oh, I do the same for the 200+ safelists I admin for Dave EVERY DAY.

 

And Then There is the Eagles Game

Just Practicing, "Booooo".  "No, Don't Get Sacked AGAIN", "It was IN YOUR HANDS", etc.

 

Organization is a skill you must DEVELOP for ANY BUSINESS.  I share MY techniques, but ultimately, you need a repeatable system that works for YOU.
