I Don't Like to Think of Myself as a Salesman or Marketer

As one of my loyal subscribers, I wanted you to know that my approach is quite different than most people you will encounter.

I am now retired, but I have been a professional consultant for over twenty years, working from all types of businesses from Ma and Pa small businesses, to Fortune 500 international companies, Government, and Military clients.

 

There is a distinction between a salesman and a consultant...

A salesman will do whatever it takes to make that sale...

A salesman's goal is to turn a "prospect" into a "customer".

A consultant does not think of you as a "prospect" but rather a CLIENT with a business problem for which a solution must be created.  A CLIENT does not become a CUSTOMER until the appropriate solution is determined, and the CLIENT accepts the business case showing that the solution proposed makes good business sense, and the CLIENT decides to purchase the products or services that comprise that solution.

A consultant practices "consultative selling", making that "sale" depends solely on his ability to draw out the actual needs and requirements from the CLIENT, and provide that client with a viable business case that will demonstrate that the client can actually SAVE MONEY, or  increase revenue by buying your product.

Another characteristic consultative selling is that both parties have "skin in the game".  In my consulting practice, it was understood that I may or may not charge a reasonable fee for the time, effort, and equipment or products to create that solution.  

 

But how much will it cost?

Since I am now retired, and have officially closed my consulting practice, in this case, NO FEE WILL BE  CHARGED for consultation to those SERIOUS about building a successful Network Marketing  business. It is my way of "PAYING IT FORWARD"  for the mentors and advisors who have donated their time to ME and imparted me with their wisdom.

I'd love the opportunity to understand your business and the business problem you are trying to solve, then present to you, the client, a showcase of the products and services I can recommend, and the privilege of demonstrating that the products and services offered will help you solve that business problem and help you achieve your revenue and cost savings goals.

For this opportunity, I will not charge you for consultation, nor hand you off to anyone else who will. You see, the consultant tries to match the needs of  the client with creative solutions to the business problem being addressed.  The first step is to determine WHAT that business problem is, before  throwing a solution at it.  So, call or email so we can get a discussion started.

How I Keep My Business Running

I do have to keep the lights burning, using the SAME Network Marketing methods I profess. I do PROMOTE products, services, and traffic to generate revenue. For my clients, I do ask you to sign up as an affiliate or referral in my downline to programs I recommend, but my choice of programs is not based on the amount of commission I would make, but the value of that program to YOU that aligns with YOUR BUSINESS GOALS.  I will recommend solutions for which I make NO COMMISSIONS if it is the RIGHT solution gor YOU.

There are some problems that are universally shared, and it is common knowledge that getting the best training available is always a good start.
