It's less than the cost of a Starbucks. Not a major investment but I can tell you it's driving traffic to my hottest moneymaker affiliate programs and doing better than some of the other paid traffic I got gotten out there.

You will need a tracker program (That's how you set up your traffic link where your BUYER traffic is to be redirected).  I suggest:

BuildABizOnline - Pro and Pro Executive members only.  A comprehensive Network Marketing  toolkit that includes essential tools: Autoresponder, rotator, tracking, capture page generators, graphics, etc. $14 per month
