When I was growing up, that word had much uglier connotations:  

• Recruiting was what was done so you didn't get drafted into the Army.
• Back then, if you were drafted, you might as well just grab your socks - you were going to Vietnam!

So, now you know how OLD I am!

Recruiting also had a different meaning when I was job hunting after I retired the first time...

• Disappointment!  
• Sorry old man,  but we can hire 3 pimply faced kids showing off their brand new, shiny MBA's who are CLAWING their way to the top, all for less than the salary we would have to pay you!

• You are inviting prospects to join your business!
• Inviting them to create their own wealth by joining your opportunity!
• Inviting them to share in the bounty received in the WONDER OF Affiliate Marketing, MLM Matrices and Residual Income!

Now, that's better...

What are the rewards you might hope to gain as a result of inviting prospects to join your business?

•  willing to do , and be handsomely rewarded!Motivated peoplewhat others do not WANT to do
• Customers for Life - if THEY are making money, they will BUY MORE from you, SIGN UP to downline builders, and work HARDER because they are doing this to improve THEIR lifestyle by GROWING THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
• If THEY make money, YOU make money!
• Many OTHER benefits!

So rather than looking at this as a tedious job you have to do to get people to buy your stuff, start thinking in terms of GROWING YOUR BUSINESS.

• Don't tell someone to Join My Blah Blah.
• Tell them to JOIN YOU in BUILDING OUR BUSINESS.
• Rather than getting them to BUY, Get them to BUY IN!

Oh, and you will need traffic to do ANY type of list building, so maybe you could BUILD OUR BUSINESS by getting FANTASTIC BONUS REWARDS (specifically TRAFFIC) to get you started.

And...

you won't have to worry about getting drafted into the Army and going to Vietnam!
