STO 2 MA 05Oct18 227.5 calls (MA181005C227.5) for a debit of $.20 (selling a diagonal) 

BTC 2 MA 28Sep18 225 calls (MA180928C225) for a debit of $.02 (no commission)

STO 2 MA 05Oct18 225 calls (MA181005C225) for a credit of $.90

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
