We should add a little upside protection just in case the stock makes a big move after the earnings announcement next week:

STO 2 COST OCT2 15 148 calls (COST151009C148) for a debit of $1.54  (buying a vertical)

BTO 2 COST Apr-16 150 calls (COST160415C150)STC 2 COST Apr-16 140 calls (COST160415C140) for a credit of $5.45  (selling a vertical)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
