These trades will get us set up for next month.  We are selling weeklies because there are strikes at every dollar increment: 

BTC 3 COST Sep-14 127 calls (COST140920C127)
STO 3 COST Oct2-14 127 calls (COST141010C127) for a credit of $1.46  (selling a calendar)

BTC 1 COST Sep-14 128 call (COST140920C128) for $.04 (no commission)

STO 1 COST Oct2-14 128 call (COST141010C128) for $1.25

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
