The 133 short calls have become in the money and we should trade out of them and get longer, selling some weeklies about a month out to get a better choice of strikes:

STO 1 COST Dec2-14 136 call (COST141212C136) for a debit of $.12  (selling a diagonal)

BTC 1 COST NOV2 14 133 call (COST141114C133)
STO 1 COST Dec2-14 137 call (COST141212C137) for a debit of $.50  (selling a diagonal)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
