The stock is up enough for us to sell some calls and use the cash to add on 2 more spreads:

 

STO 4 COST Nov-15 155 calls (COST151120C155) for $1.35

STO 1 COST Nov4-15 155 call (COST151127C155) for $1.92

 

BTO 2 COST Apr-16 155 calls (COST160415C155)
STO 2 COST Nov4-15 155 calls (COST151127C155) for a debit of $5.90  (buying a calendar)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
