BTO 1 JNJ 18Apr19 145 call (JNJ190418C145)
STC 1 JNJ 18Apr19 150 call (JNJ190418C150) for a debit of $2.29 (buying a vertical)

BTC 2 JNJ 16Nov18 145 puts (JNJ181116P145)
STO 2 JNJ 23Nov18 143 puts (JNJ181123P143) for a debit of $.43 (selling a diagonal)

BTC 4 JNJ 16Nov18 145 puts (JNJ181116P145)
STO 4 JNJ 23Nov18 144 puts (JNJ181123P144) for a debit of $.03 (selling a diagonal)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
