STC 1 NKE Jan-15 80 call (NKE150117C80) for a debit of $1.85 (buying a vertical)

 

STO 1 NKE Jun1-14 74 call (NKE140606C74) for $1.00

 

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
