BTO 2 IWM 18Apr19 148 puts (IWM190418P148)
STO 2 IWM 8Feb19 148 puts (IWM190208C153) for a debit of $3.55 (buying a calendar)

BTC 1 IWM 08Feb19 153 call (IWM190208C153) for $.02  

 

STO 1 IWM 15Feb19 153 call (IWM190215C153) for $.44

Be prepared to change these prices by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
