STO 3 COST Mar2-15 147.5 calls (COST150313C147.5) for a credit of $.60  (selling a diagonal)

BTC 1 COST Feb-15 150 call (COST150220C150) for $.05 (no commission)

 STO 1 COST Mar2-15 150 call (COST150313C150) for $1.27

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
